I have services that are successfully deployed with no errors in the logs but sometimes I can not access them with the URLs provided. When I check the logs, I usually do not see any problems but I suspect the docker containers are been shut from Railway's side. However, usually when I wait a few minutes and try again, I am able to access the services. I find it frustrating to have this kind of inconsistencies. What is going on?

Hey, is there a possibility that you have enabled serverless for your services?

Can you elaborate more on how you can't access the service, does it timeout, return a 502 bad gateway response or something completely different?

I have attached an image showing the kind of error I get while trying to access one of the services with the railway URL. Usually when I get this error in one service, I usually try to test my other services and I get the same error.

Also, when I check the build and deploy logs, everything seems to be fine, I dont see any errors. However, I have attached the HTTP logs screenshot here...

How often does this happen? I have a feeling that this may be an issue on your end, have you tried to use a different DNS server or VPN?

Ok, I started to notice the problem from yesterday, before then, my services where always consistently online. It happens frequently throughout the day, I am not sure if it has to do with my internet speed and the requests are being timed out? I don't know. I just switched on my VPN now and I tested again and I seem to be able to access the service again, however I am not sure if the problem will still arise again because there has been this inconsistencies with the URL access.

Hi, I think the problem is worse today... I just went for about 20 - 30 min trying to access my railway service. I have attached the screen shot of the error below. I don't understand, is there something big going on with railway? I checked all my logs and there are no errors.

Hey, can you try to remove the auto generated domain and regenerate a new one or try using a custom domain?
