it's not only for this service linked, all the other services from the env are still showing RAM usage as-of now

now all the services are reporting 0GB RAM usage, but settings > usage (or project usage) still report some RAM usage, what is this about?

Don't bother looking into that, I've migrated off Railway and cancelled my Pro subscription.

Honestly, the last few months have been a bit sad to watch. The decline in service quality, reliability, support responsiveness, and overall transparency has been pretty noticeable, at least from my POV.

Support used to be one of Railway's biggest strengths, IMO (cheers to Brody!), but lately it's felt increasingly difficult to get in touch with someone, and even harder to get timely answers to questions that affect production workloads and billing decisions. When infrastructure changes, customers should be able to expect clear communication and at least an acknowledgment that their concerns are being heard.

Railway was a platform I was genuinely happy to pay for for several years, which makes this decision unfortunate. I hope the team can turn things around and improve transparency, reliability, and customer support for the customers who remain.
