setting repo from CLI

Is there a way to use CLI to set repo?

I used Github actions and CLI to automatically create service if service doesn't exist, it worked but no repo is set up afterward.

I've already had a railway.toml under root directory of this repo, so once this is setup, build and deploy will be reflected automatically, but so far I have to manually connect to a repo.

This is not something the CLI supports right now.
