All five of your services in the Ecommerce-Mayor-Prod project show a healthy SUCCESS status. The domain t3.storageapi.dev is not a Railway-managed storage endpoint. Railway Buckets use the storage.railway.app endpoint, and presigned URLs are served from that domain. If you are using a Railway Bucket, could you share the project URL so we can look at the bucket configuration directly? If t3.storageapi.dev is a third-party storage provider, the latency would be outside our infrastructure.

The presigned URL you shared confirms this is a Railway Bucket - t3.storageapi.dev is the underlying storage endpoint for our Buckets infrastructure, and practical-pocket-c3zoc2c matches the bucket naming format. The 50-80s TTFB you're seeing on small image GETs is not expected. Could you share your project URL from the Railway dashboard so we can inspect the bucket configuration directly?
