Agent has told me...

You'll need to contact Railway support to have them manually clear the sfo region from your service config. This is a data integrity issue on their end that requires backend intervention.

In the meantime, your service is stuck and can't deploy. Provide them with:

  • Service ID: ebdfb5ad-28bb-42dc-b3b5-9836ea6af001
  • Service name: CS_SPORTS
  • Issue: Invalid region sfo in multiRegionConfig that can't be removed

They can clear it and your deployments will work again.

In your service, if you go into Settings -> Scale you should see a drop down for setting the correct region now that will let you correct this without having to contact support. This was added today, and should let you get back up and running; although your service might already have corrected itself.
