my shared vars are shared to all services in my environment but at run time
process.env.MONGO_URIis undefined. but they are clearly there. any idea?

maybe accidentally deployed my env file? i would check on "railway shell" but thats not working either. Sorry this is my first railway app

i dont understand? like "redeploy" no luck not from admin. also not railway up

In your screenshot it shows a Deploy button, please click it, it will save the changes highlighted everywhere.
