you can not ssh into your deployment if that is what you are asking, we do not provide support for that yet
umm I am running my mail server(it is mail provider, like gmail etc), and I have to see some loggs, but the logs that I meant, I can not see in logs tabs, I hope it is suit for mail server and I can see my logs

you can't even run a mail server on railway to begin with given you can't expose the needed tcp ports manually

you can only open one tcp port and its randomly assigned to you, it wont be a port used for mail

if that is what you want to do
I prefer to use railway instead of vps if I can run it, in this case I can not run, am I wrong?, you said it is not for mail server, is that correct?

right, it would not be possible to run a mail server on railway
are you sure? I mean you have to be sure, bc I saw some post that railway allow those ports:25 465 587 993 995 110 143 80 443 and if you are sure I will cancel my plan

you can forward traffic to those ports, but your service will not be publicly accessible via those port numbers
