show environment in SSH

Hi,

Two questions regarding environments:

1) could you print the current environment when we call railway ssh so that we're absolutely sure we're not accidentally connected to the wrong environment?

```
$ railway env
> Select an environment staging
Activated environment staging
$ railway ssh
> Select a service web
✓ Connected to interactive shell
```

Instead of "Connected to interactive shell" to show "Connected to STAGING's interactive shell" for example.

2) Could you please update the HTML meta <title> to show the current environment on https://railway.com/project/:id/:pages? This is useful for navigating the back button and also for bookmarking the pages for example.

Hey thanks for the feedback! I've noted both tickets down

I've put them in the backlog since they're not super pressing, but they're great feedback none the less and thank you!
