Sign Up Rate Limit

I've been trying to log into my railway account because my application is down. When I try to log in, I receive the verification code to my email, but then I'm hit with a message about "Sign Up rate limit reached: to many new accounts from this email address. Please try again later.

I'm not looking to create new accounts, I'm looking to log in to mine to manage my application. I have no other way to log Into this account and manage my deployment.

Thanks for your help in advance!

How are you logging in?

Looking at your account you should be able to login using GitHub OAuth or Email

If you're using GitHub, make sure that you're logged into the account that you linked to Railway

If you're using Email, make sure that you're using the same email that you used to create the account you want to sign in to

I saw your response in Central Station. But my discord is connected to my other railway account that I use for a different business/app.

The one I’m trying to log in with logs in through email.

To get you back up and running as soon as possible, I'd suggest you make sure that you're using the correct email to sign into you account.

Once you're back in, I would also suggest consolidating down to one account and just having multiple workspaces on the one account; that's how Railway is supposed to be used and it will prevent sign-in issues like what you're describing.

I am using the correct email. I would definitely consolidate to one account once I'm in, but I can't log in due to the Rate Limit message I'm receiving.

For security reasons, we can only discuss the account associated with this thread. That said, the "Sign Up rate limit" error typically means there is no existing account associated with the email you're using to sign in. Double-check that you're entering the exact email address you originally used to create the account you're trying to access.
