Signed up for Pro plan but dashboard says my trial has ended and I do not have a plan

I signed up for the pro plan 2 days ago and deployed a repo. Today the dashboard says my trial has ended and I need to upgrade to a paid plan and it shows that I have no projects. I know that is not true because my project is still running. Unfortunately, the Technical Help won't let me send a message direct to Railway because it thinks I don't have a pro plan. It also won't le me select a service.

Your workspace is currently on the Hobby plan with an inactive subscription, and we don't see any billing history or projects on this account. Since you mentioned signing up for Pro 2 days ago and deploying a project, it's possible you completed that under a different Railway account, perhaps using a different login method (e.g., GitHub vs. Google vs. email). You can check by signing in at railway.com with each provider you may have used. If your project is still accessible at its public URL, the account that owns it is the one with the active subscription.
