« Since ~14:00 UTC our workspace (Pro plan, project insightful-gentleness) has 0 builds entering BUILDING state despite ~28 queued deployments showing "Waiting for build slot" for 25+ minutes. No deployment shows BUILDING anywhere in the project. This persists after we stopped all automated commit activity. Please check for a stuck builder or plan propagation issue on our workspace. »

Your build queue has cleared and deployments are flowing normally again. We can confirm that earlier today your workspace had a large number of queued deployments with available build slots sitting unused, which is an anomalous state. That condition has since resolved on its own, and your recent deployments are completing successfully. If you still have stale queued deployments left over from the stall, cancelling them will clean things up.
