All new deployments in the Southeast Asia (Singapore) region have been stuck at the "Initializing" phase for over 24 hours (since March 24, 2026). No deployment can progress to the build step.

Multiple services in a production environment are affected. Unable to push any code updates for 24+ hours. Previously posted about this issue but received no response.

Railway posted an incident notification about this issue earlier but it appears to have been removed. The status page currently shows "All systems operational" for Southeast Asia, which does not reflect the actual situation. Existing running services are unaffected — only new deployments are stuck.

Could someone from the Railway team please investigate? This is a critical production blocker with no workaround.
