Our production app p2-prod-web at https://portal.morassociates.com/ is showing error code 502. Is the service down today?
It's important for the app to run interrupted.

It worked again after I did a Redeploy. But I would like to understand the root cause. A production site went down affecting many users. Reliability and smooth operations are crucial for us.

to find the root cause, check your deploy logs in the railway dashboard for the exact time the 502 happened , there's usually a clear error there (crash, restart, etc.). also cross-reference with status.railway.com to see if there was a platform incident at that moment. for the future i'd recommend enabling health checks in your service settings so railway can auto-redeploy if your app becomes unresponsive, instead of needing a manual redeploy
