Issue: Health checks failing in ALL regions (eu-west4 AND us-east4) despite app starting correctly
Failed deployments: 813bffce, 27946796, 786e048e, a13102d5, 41856155, 6b7c1e97, 3666b6e1
Pattern: App logs show "Server listening on 0.0.0.0:8080" but health check requests return "service unavailable"
Impact: Site has been down ALL DAY
Disable the health check temporarily as a workaround to get your site back online while they investigate:
