Site not working in multi location

My website is hosted on Railway. When I check the site from multiple locations using a proxy, it doesn’t load and eventually times out. Could you help me identify what might be causing this issue?

Actually website is not working outside of my office internet network. I have checked with many other places and proxy servers.
