I’m deploying a FastAPI + APScheduler bot on Railway.
The app works (Uvicorn starts, /post/--- route works), but on Free Plan the app sleeps → APScheduler stops.
If I upgrade to Hobby Plan ($5/month), will my app stay fully 24/7 online without sleeping, so that the scheduler can run daily posts reliably?
Just want to confirm before I pay. Thanks!

On free plan, all your services have the 'serverless' option enabled by default

On hobby you can disable that.
