Slow and no server connect to postgres db

I'm encountering a slow connection to my Postgres dB hosted in us west (California) and many times no connection all day

what's the problem?

Hi, where are you located ? Is this an issue when connecting from your machine to the db, or from a service ?

problem solved, the issue was not from you, it was from the internet provider thanks for the reply.

but I have an other issue to look at in this thread please
