Slow API response on service that are in the same project

Hi my concern is about my backend (django) response time is about 10-14 seconds.
So I have 2 Projects.
First Project has 3 services Postgres, Django, React.
Second Project only has 1 service Django.
Both Django are
The issue is when my React makes a request to Django (First Project) it takes 10-14 seconds.
My current solution: React makes a request to Django (Second Project) it takes less than a second.

Try moving the metserverp service into the US-West Oregon region.
