Slow deploy, stuck on creating containers / mounting volume

Since a few days, deployments have become very slow. According to the deploy logs tab, mounting my volume on the web service takes 3, sometimes up to 6 minutes, which seems weird.

There was a transient failure during that previous deploy. It should not be re-occuring. If it persists, please reopen this ticket
