That's probably why, it takes some time to find a server with those specs, try lowering it down, put what you need
Check the usage of the service and low down to a point where it will not just crash but it will have freedom and space
For what it is worth, I've been running into the same issues this morning and the resource limits I have are 3 vCPU + 4GB Memory.
I wounldn't expect my specs to be that unusual for a machine to be hard to find.
Well, that's the only reason I remember for slow deployments other than a ton of packages on railpacks or nixpacks
Seems more like some issue in the infrastructure side - I have one build stuck for 20 minutes trying to create a container.
Yup, was working fine for me earlier this morning - a little slower than usual, but at least they were finishing.

We're on 32 vCPU and 32 GB and we're running into the same exact problem with two of our services trying to create the container. They've been running 25 minutes+ on redeployment

Same for me, stuck on Creating Containers. Been there now for 20+ minutes. Typical time is 1 minue.
