Hello, I'm experiencing very slow deployments for my Node.js/Express API. This is a production system hosted on Railway in the us-east4-eqdc4a region. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can try redeploying that service, I was able to reproduce this issue and my deploys went through after some time.
