Slow response time

I am facing slow response time. I am based in India and I have chosen the region in SGP.
Even base endpoint with no processing is taking around 1.5s to respond.
The api with postgres access is taking 2-4s to respond.
(I raised same issue in private thread earlier, didn't get much traction there)
