Hi, since this morning (GMT+1) HTTP requests have suddenly slowed down on my services to the point I'm getting timeouts and can't access my API at all. The only thing I can think of that I've changed on Railway is switch the Runtime from Legacy to V2

Ok, redeploying seems to fix it for now however this is the second time this has happened today (first time around 8AM GMT+1) so wondering if this could be a deeper issue?
Currently running into the same issue, I've rebuilt multiple times, but it slows down after a while
