Hello,
I have upgraded our Server from the trial to the Hobby Plan but the performance is still very very slow. We have kind of the same code on an other server on the PRO plan and it runs very smoothly. But i think that it should run on the Hobby Plan with 8GB of RAM smooth as well because it should need that much performance tbh.
this is our project-id: f4ec7386-75fa-4f03-9efa-13137ef7aae4 Do we need to activate something to get the better performance of the hobby plan?

All plans from Trial to Pro and beyond have the same hardware, the only difference is that each plan allows you to use more and more of that hardware, along with some extra features like regions on the Pro plan, regions is likely the key to this issue.
Unless your service needs more hardware than what the trial plan offers you would not see a performance improvement from hardware alone, the issue would likely come from the geographical distance between you and the location that the service is hosted in, and possibly where the database is located and how you are connecting to it, make sure you have your service in a region that is closest to you (or your users), and that your database is in your Railway project with the same region set and that your service is connecting to it via the private network.
