We're experiencing issues with our website's performance. When there's no traffic for a certain period, the site becomes very slow. Even with minimal traffic, the server's loading times are quite high.

We're on the pro plan, so there should be sufficient capacity to run the site efficiently. From what I can see, we're not even close to maxing out the hardware capabilities available to us.

Is there a way to enhance the server performance or prevent the server from going into a sleep mode?
