Hello Railway Team,
We completed our migration to Railway yesterday and have since been experiencing performance issues with our application.
Several customers have reported that the site is loading very slowly, and in some cases, certain devices are unable to open the site at all. This is affecting normal business operations, and we're trying to determine the root cause as quickly as possible.
Could you please help us investigate whether this could be related to the Railway platform, our deployment configuration, networking, or any other factors on your end?
We're also wondering whether DNS propagation could still be contributing to these issues, given that the migration was completed only yesterday. If so, what timeframe should we expect before propagation is fully completed?
We would appreciate any guidance or recommendations on how to diagnose the problem.
Thank you.

The affected URLs are:
We migrated to Railway yesterday and have since received reports that the application is loading slowly. In some cases, certain users are unable to access the site altogether.
The issue appears more noticeable when the application loads and makes multiple API requests simultaneously. Individual API requests often respond quickly when tested separately, but overall page loading can become very slow.
We've spent most of today investigating and troubleshooting the issue from our end, trying to determine whether it is related to our application, database, DNS propagation, or the hosting environment. Unfortunately, we have not yet been able to identify the root cause, and the issue is impacting our customers' ability to use the platform effectively.
Could you please check whether there are any networking, DNS, routing, resource, or platform-related issues affecting these services? Any guidance on what we should investigate next would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
