Hi — quick question: is outbound SMTP (port 587/465) blocked on the Hobby plan, and is it allowed on the Pro plan? We’re seeing connection timeouts to smtp‑relay.brevo.com:587 from a Hobby service. Thanks.

Hey, SMTP is only available on the pro plan. https://docs.railway.com/networking/outbound-networking You have to use HTTP email APIs on the hobby plan.
