"I'm on the Hobby plan and all outbound SMTP connections are timing out (ports 465, 587) to any host including smtp.gmail.com. Please enable outbound SMTP egress for my account."

Outbound SMTP is only available on the Pro plan and above; Hobby plans have SMTP disabled. You can upgrade to Pro from your workspace billing settings, and after upgrading, redeploy your service for the change to take effect. Alternatively, you can use an HTTPS-based email API (like Resend, SendGrid, or Postmark) which works on all plans. More details are in our outbound networking docs.
