Hi!
Ive been using railway for some time, and at some point my contact page couldn't send emails anymore.
I've looked at logs and seen that 587 port is droped.
why is that? It used to work normally.
I know there's sometimes issues with spam and abuse, but since i've proved myself for using service and not having any kind of abuse or spam, I should be able to have that port open. I've realized that I can't even contact support for railway without paying bunch of money. I know I'm on hobby plan, but still that cost me money and I'm not from "rich" country, would be nice to have option to comunicate with my own VPS email server.
Can anybody help me reach support?

Hello,
Outbound SMTP is only available on the Pro plan and above, while Free, Trial, and Hobby plans have SMTP disabled.
For sending emails from your application, please use a dedicated email service that provides HTTPS APIs. More information can be found in our documentation:

But I host my own email server, i dont have https APIs. and I had service before, like 6 months ago or more. Could I get port back open? Since I'm long time user and I have long time relation with you guys. its not that I ask too much, nor that im any kind of spammer or abuser. You can see my account history. Thank you for understanding. I would get a pro plan, but this is my hobby and I don't have that money.. I can understand that is closed for free tier, but im paying montly for quite some time.

I'm sorry but we don't have a way to turn it on for Hobby users, its done automatically when upgrading.
