After a new deployment around two hours ago, the emails I send via SMTP stopped working. This happened in both my staging and production environments, even though everything worked fine locally.
The issue was resolved after I redeployed. I'm on the Pro plan and am wondering if there was a platform-wide issue with Railway that was fixed.
Any insight you could provide would be helpful.

Hey @Rahul, this is a fairly recent change that can be found at https://docs.railway.com/reference/outbound-networking#email-delivery, SMTP is no longer available on the hobby plan to prevent spam and abuse.
-# I just realized that I worded it poorly here, but what I want to mean is that you should have access to SMTP.
My team was on the pro plan. I want to make sure that the issue I faced (as written in original question) was due to this change. Can you confirm this?

If I am not mistaken, outbound SMTP was supposed to be blocked, however it was never enforced until very recently, which led to services that were using it suddenly not working properly. This change has since been reversed for users on the pro plan and above, it is still blocked on the trail, free and hobby plan to prevent spam and abuse.

Sorry for the confusion, I added a small note to the first message I sent, it should be clear now after my last message. I'll mark this thread as solved if you don't have any further questions.
