I have correctly configured the DKIM/SPF records for my domain, and the email usage is legitimate (user verification emails). Could you please tell me how I can enable outgoing SMTP traffic for my project?

Emails are not reaching recipients, and I believe this may be the reason.

The first test emails were sent to spam folders, and I assume that may have triggered the block.

Outbound SMTP is only available on the Pro plan and above, while Free, Trial, and Hobby plans have SMTP disabled. Your workspace is currently on the Hobby plan, so SMTP traffic is blocked. For sending emails from your application, please use a dedicated email service that provides HTTPS APIs (such as Resend, SendGrid, Mailgun, or Postmark), which work on all plans. More information can be found in our outbound networking documentation. If you upgrade to Pro, simply redeploy your service for SMTP access to take effect.
