Trying to deploy from github - been working all day with no issues. Made a recent push with some simple changes and now it just hangs in the snapshot phase. Waited 16-20 mins and it just stays hung up in the snapshot phase. I deleted the deployment and tried again and getting the same behavior.

Hi there!
Earlier today we had a deployment slowdown affecting builds running on Railway Metal, which caused some deploys to get stuck or take longer than usual. We temporarily paused Free, Hobby, and Trial provisioning while we rolled out a fix.
The issue is now resolved and all deployments are back to normal. We’re monitoring closely to make sure things stay stable.
