I am under going a database migration and my db in my dev environment just stopped responding to requests.

The "Database Connection" spinner in the Data tab never finishes and I cannot query anything from the database which I was doing just minutes ago. The deployment is live and says its ready to accept connections but I think the proxy domain for this specific service is bugged.
