Our DB connection is dropping during deployment. Does this have something to do with PR Environments using staging as seed data? Is this a bug with this new feature? We haven't changed anything else…

Hello,
I have made a config change to all the services in that project, specifically switched them to our battle tested v2 runtime as most services in that project ran on the legacy runtime, this won't fix current broken pr envs, but please open a new pr and see if you still have failed services.
