My custom domain has been stuck on "Issuing TLS certificate" for over 5 hours.
Domain: lagdinai.no
CNAME points to: lbocfybq.up.railway.app
Service: content-courage
The site loads fine over HTTP, but no SSL certificate is being issued.
Can you help trigger the certificate issuance?

You are not using a CNAME at the root; you have set an A record, which is not supported.

I'd recommend moving your DNS provider to Cloudflare, since they support a thing called CNAME flattening, basically allowing a CNAME record to exist as the root domain.
