SSL and CNAME record issues with project nordisengage.com

my site has all the necessary txt and cname records your system asked for. and my clients still have issues accessing the site on https://nordisengage.com

When I talk to your ai asistant it just creates new domains and says things that make no sense. Besides, why cant I have A record for my domains. I have .hr domenains and hr.com domains. and they are hosted on digital ocean or namecheap. I cant move them to Claud flair and I don't want to. Requesting just CNAME record on root is a huge issue for most of our projects. I have about 500 sites and apps on digital ocean and Im honestly scared of moving them because of how little I can do with domain records on railway and the issue I have with ssl.

nordisengage is not the only site. I also have issues with other projects.

I did try doing some www redirecting. but thats not ideal doesn't work well.

Please help.

hey, a quick thing to check railway requires two records in your dns not just the cname you also need the txt record that railway gives you in the dashboard so if that txt record is missing, your site will time out or throw errors even if the cname is correctly set up. railway uses it to verify domain ownership before routing any traffic. just double check both records are there exactly as shown in your railway dashboard for all your domains

Railway just doesn't provide A records for domains. Also, I can access your site just fine. Can you describe the so-called "issues"?

🙂 ok. The "so-called issue" is this. You cant access it if you type in https:// or click on a link to it.

It seems like you have two CNAME records on @...?

Also, what region are the websites hosted in?
