Hello, I'm hosting my website through Railway with Cloudflare as a DNS flattening service.
Certain devices or certain ISPs will have a persistent and unavoidable ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR
for my website local-app.xyz
It has been 48 hours since we set everything up, and when those users switch to LTE through their mobile carrier, they're able to connect fine.
This is only maybe 2% of users.
I've never had any issues, and all the SSL checkers online say that we have a certificate, but for certain ISPs we don't have one, or it's mismatched somehow.

Not sure if this is related.
My Cloudflare seems fine as well, i have SSL Full and I am using it as the entire DNS with nameservers on my registrar (squarespace)

Hi Pauline,
Nope, pretty sure it’s a railway issue… the pro strategy is to get a cloud-flare account (free) and set that up as a proxy so that cloud-flare handles your certs to client, since railway isn’t working right; there is a GitHub issue explaining more.

Thank you for your quick answer! Do you happen to have the link to that Github issue?
