SSL cert mismatch/unknown issue

This is outside of my skillset but the gist of it is, in our medusa project, networking settings show 'setup complete', DNS propagation is successful globally, and yet browsers still return an 'unsecure' note in the address bar while also indicating that the SSL cert is valid.

To clarify, the latest DNS record provided by Railway was only added in the last hour but this was only a retest. The previous record was in place for over 4 days and it seems the SSL issue persisted.
