"Custom domain www.power-in-numbers.net stuck on 'Waiting for DNS update' for 24+ hours despite correct DNS records and multiple re-adds. DNS resolves correctly to Railway IP. SSL cert won't provision."

Your TXT record needs to be mapped to _railway-verify.www , not just _railway-verify.
