I’d first double-check the DNS side, because the domain can be “verified” but SSL can still fail if something is slightly off. Make sure the CNAME for feedbacks.yourwebsite.ai points to the exact Railway target they gave you, not just the normal .railway.app URL. Also check that the TXT verification record is still there and publicly resolving (I had this problem before)

Fastly has resolved the issue. Try removing the custom domain from Railway and add it back.
