you set the domain up incorrectly.

you will need to use cloudflare's nameservers.

they have a guide for that here -

domain is bought on godaddy. so I need to move it to cloudflare?

dig NS mydomain @1.1.1.1 shows cloudflare NS

you would need to re-do the domain setup now, remove the domain from railway and cloudflare and re-add it
