I added custom domain titikborong.com to my Django App service days ago, but Railway never issued an SSL certificate for it. The cert is still *.up.railway.app. Please issue a cert for titikborong.com and www.titikborong.com.

You need to add a TXT record to _railway-verify.titikborong.com and _railway-verify.www.titikborong.com.

Where I should add that TXT record? sorry I still don't get it

Are you using the API? Railway should show the CNAME and TXT records required to be added when you add the domain via the dashboard.

So add that TXT at the platform that I buy the domain (in the DNS setting)?

It may take up to a few hours (maybe even a day) for Railway to validate the DNS and issue certificates. If one isn't issued by then, try removing the domain from Railway and add it back after ~10-15 mins. Update DNS records as necessary.
