Hi Railway Users,
I'm experiencing an SSL certificate provisioning failure for a custom domain on my project. Here are the details:
Current status:
- The app is running and accessible
- DNS is fully configured via Cloudflare (nameservers pointing to Cloudflare, CNAME @ pointing to dumxcuh0.up.railway.app, DNS only / not proxied)
- Both the CNAME and TXT (_railway-verify) records show green checkmarks as verified in Railway
- Railway is showing the domain as active with no warnings
- Deployment is successful
The problem:
When visiting 5starcuts.shop, browsers show NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID — the site is being reached but the SSL certificate being served does not match the custom domain. It appears Railway has not issued a certificate for 5starcuts.shop despite the domain being fully verified.
I noticed there is an active incident on your status page regarding builds taking longer than usual. I believe this may be related.
Can anyone advise on next steps?
Thank you

5starcuts.shop loads fine for me! Is it possible your browser may have cached an old (and invalid) certificate? Opening a new incognito tab and navigating to your site should also work!
