Hey,
When I open my web page sabatico.us, it shows invalid ssl certificate.
When I check the settings of my pod, it shows "issuing certificate" status under my sabatico.us custom domain.
I am wandering what can be done to have the certificate valid.
That is happening for at least a few months, I dont get any answers to other my support case, too.
Thanks,
John

To add to above:
I tried to redeploy, to remove the custom domain and re-add it back, with updates in my dns provider - still same.

Hello,
Stuck "issuing certificate" means you have initially set it up incorrectly, please ensure you are using Cloudflare's nameservers and then remove the DNS settings from Cloudflare, and remove your domains from Railway, then add the domains back to Railway.

Hi @brody,
Thank you for the advice, but that does not explain why other 2 of my webpages have lets encrypt certificate correctly issues and do not show this issue.
I have same setup for say sabatico.us and dlpprobe.com pages, but one shows issuing certificate and the other one - has it issued normally.
One more thing, sabatico.us itself had a good certificate for a few months, and it started to show this error and railway cN certificate only like 3 months past page got published.

It indicates the domain with issues was setup incorrectly, if you set it up the same as the domains that don't currently have issues then they might in the future.
Please follow my recommendation for using Cloudflare.
