My custom domain flekta.ru is stuck with certificate status cycling between
CERTIFICATE_STATUS_TYPE_ISSUING and CERTIFICATE_STATUS_TYPE_ISSUE_FAILED.

Already ran railway domain certificate retry multiple times — status resets
to ISSUING but then fails again.
Please manually trigger certificate reissuance for this domain.

Based on what you've described, it doesn't sound like a DNS issue. If the domain is verified and resolves correctly to Railway's IPs, but the certificate consistently cycles from ISSUING to ISSUE_FAILED with CERTIFICATE_ERROR_TYPE_INTERNAL, it's likely an issue with the certificate provisioning process itself.
At this point, you've already performed the appropriate troubleshooting by verifying DNS and retrying certificate issuance multiple times. There's probably nothing more you can do from your side.
I'd recommend that a Railway team member inspect the provisioning logs for domain ID 2d806a5e-777c-4789-8878-f7131d68f0bf and manually retry or recreate the certificate if necessary. They should also check whether there are any CA-side errors or issues specific to the .ru TLD.
Hopefully they can identify what's causing the internal error and get the certificate issued successfully.

Try removing the domain from Railway and add it back after ~10-15 mins. Update DNS records as necessary.
