SSL certificates sometimes are not issued

In our project, it seems some users may receive an SSL certificate trying to access our domain, while others don't.

We have connected our domain to the project, so I'm not sure why they encounter it.

Some users report errors upon entering the site: ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID .

I read it might be something about certificates that are too new, that old devices might not recognize.

Is this solvable?

Thanks!

If the reason is due to an old system, users can manually install and trust the newer Root X1 certificate by downloading the certificate from Let's Encrypt's website.

What domain are you using?

Also, have those users tried using an incognito window or a different device?

I'm using www.comicon.co.il

Users are reporting the same issue even when accessing through an Incognito window.

Have they tried using a VPN?

Why would they use a VPN? The website should be accessible publicly to everyone. They're users in the same country as us, so there should be no restrictions.

Using a VPN is a diagnostic step.

And yes, if their devices are too old, they may not trust these newer certificates.

Is there a way to introduce compatibility for devices that may have a bit older OS versions?
