SSL Issue with Sub-domain Configuration

I’ve successfully added both the domain and sub-domain to the platform. The main domain is now working perfectly with SSL—no delays or issues. However, the sub-domain has not received an SSL certificate, even after more than 7 hours.

To troubleshoot, I’ve already removed and re-added both domain entries, but the issue persists. Could you please clarify whether the platform supports SSL for both domain and sub-domain simultaneously, or if I should configure only one?
