Your domain giftmsg.ai has two DNS issues preventing SSL provisioning: the CNAME record currently points to the wrong target (8u62uw32.up.railway.app instead of the required i8k8ci0m.up.railway.app), and the TXT verification record needs to be added as a TXT record on _railway-verify.giftmsg.ai with the token shown in your domain settings, but we only see it on the root domain. Update the CNAME to the correct target and move the TXT record to the _railway-verify subdomain, and the certificate should issue after propagation.
