Can you elaborate on what you're trying to accomplish?

We don't support bringing your own SSL certificates at the moment. We use LetsEncrypt for all our certs.

I am trying to use an APIs from an third-party provider and their requirement is have the SSL certificate with 4096 lenght.

I think LetsEncrypt support the option to customise the length of rsa key.

I'm not sure what you're referring to. If you're making the request from Railway to the third-party provider, the certificate configuration is on them, not us. If you're making a request to a Railway-hosted service, that's on us.

What are you trying to do here?
