Our domains kontentplus.com and www.kontentplus.com were previously custom domains on an old project in a personal workspace (since May 27, 2026). Those old registrations have been removed, and the domains are now added to service kontentplus-web in project kontentplus-site (project id ca6df87f-a5c7-4e76-9baf-649284068676, production environment, team workspace "kontentplus").

Problem: the new custom domains never finish — certificateStatus stays VALIDATING_OWNERSHIP with an empty certificates list, and your edge still serves the old TLS certificates issued May 27 for both hostnames. Routing also flaps: some requests return the site, others return {"status":"error","code":404,"message":"Application not found"} — consistent with stale per-hostname state on the edge from the deleted registrations.

Could you please purge the stale edge/domain state for kontentplus.com and www.kontentplus.com so our new registrations (ids 72243329-5ad4-4ad9-bc1e-bbc929f341b8 and 40e41322-8f9c-47c6-bfb6-99a041f650bc) can validate and issue certificates? DNS is on Cloudflare; we temporarily have the records proxied as a workaround and will switch them to DNS-only as soon as you've reset the state — just tell us when.
